HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 2811 OF 2014 P.C:

This C.R.P under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenges the order dated 30-07-2014, whereby interim application filed by the respondent under Order XXVI Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been allowed. By this application, the 1st respondent prayed for local inspection of the suit premises. I have perused the order. Having regard to the reasons recorded by the Court below and nature of the order, in my opinion, it does not deserve interference by this Court in its revisional jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Hence, the C.R.P is dismissed.
