Narasimham, learned counsel for petitioners, prays for withdrawal of the writ petitions and seeks liberty to the appellants to approach appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance, after disposal of revision bearing Crl.RP.No.24 of 2008 pending before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nalgonda.

The writ petitions are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. While granting liberty, we shall not be understood to have either examined or expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
