THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8069 of 2017 in/and Criminal Petition No.7653 of 2017 ORDER :

Both the defacto-complainant and the petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 in S.C.S.T.S.C.No.34 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Special Judge for Trial of Cases for Schedule Castes & Scheduled Tribes (POA) Act(for short, 'the Act'), outcome of Cr.No.31 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.323,506 r/ w 34 IPC and Sec.3(1)(x) of the Act, on the report of the 2nd respondent, have present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and they sought permission vide Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8069 of 2017 to compound the offences by recording the compromise and therefrom quash the proceedings against the petitioners.

Heard both the parties and perused the record. In view of the compromise between the parties, they are permitted to compound the offences.

In the result, the Crl.P.M.P.No.8069 of 2017 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in S.C.S.T.S.C.No.34 of 2015 on the file of Special Judge for Trial of Cases for SCs & STs(POA) Act, against the petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 and they are acquitted. Their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
