HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1656 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard both sides and perused the impugned order of the lower Court and other material on record.
Accordingly and in result, the criminal revision case is allowed in part setting aside the exparte order of the lower Court by affording opportunity to the revision petitioner/husband of 1st petitioner and father of 2nd petitioner to the maintenance case M.C.No.226 of 2013, subject to condition of his payment/deposit of Rs.8,000/- per month to the 1st petitioner and Rs.5,000/- per month to the 2nd petitioner from the date of main case towards interim maintenance pending disposal afresh by the lower Court on merits. The revision petitioner (MC respondent supra) is directed to clear all the arrears within 3 months as per the rate indicated above. Failing which, the MC petitioners (revision respondents) are entitled to execute and enforce. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
