THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.15609 OF 2010 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to impugned order placing the petitioner temporarily out of contract employment vide Roc.No.K6/1366/09 dated 20.02.2010 of the 2nd respondent and quash the same by holding that the said impugned order is passed without giving notice or opportunity. Today when the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was already removed from service and as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the subsequent proceedings of the removal. No costs.
