This writ appeal arises from an interim order, dated 28.07.2005, passed in WPMP.No.20746 of 2005 in W.P.No.16325 of 2005. Sri D.L. Pandu, learned counsel for respondent No.2, submits that respondent No.1 - writ petitioner, who filed the writ petition, has withdrawn the same and hence, nothing survives in the writ appeal. Writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
