This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in not properly investigating the Cr.No.188 of 2018 by arresting the accused and filing charge sheet. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner has already submitted documents along with complaint and even he has submitted one more set of documents in pursuance to the notice dated 01-08-2018 and on such submission of documents, A-1 was arrested on 27-07-2018 and A-4 and A-5 were granted anticipatory bail on 20-07-2018.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondent-investigating officer is directed to take appropriate action for conducting expeditious investigation and filing of report keeping in view of spirit under Section 173(1) Cr.P.C.
