No. 4665 of 2005 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) At the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the matter was adjourned on two consecutive days i.e. 09.06.2017 and 30.06.2017. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Sri G. Shankar Sanghi, learned Standing Counsel for Railways appearing on behalf of the respondents, is present.

From the above, it appears that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute this matter any further. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
