HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.28167 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.K.Raghuveer Reddy for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Complaining inaction of the 3rd respondent in disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 04.12.2017, the present writ petition is filed.

As the appeal was filed on 04.12.2017, this Court is of the view that the ends of justice would be met by directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal within a reasonable period. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by this order. (a) The petitioner is given liberty to file Memo before the 3rd respondent by enclosing a copy of this order within ten days from today and seek an early date for hearing of the appeal.

(b) On receiving memo, the 3rd respondent considers disposing of the appeal filed by petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months thereafter.

[Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
