This Appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 2808-2014, in EA.No.100 of 2012 in EP.No.13 of 2010 in

OS.No.53 of 2007, on the file of the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Bodhan.

Mr.Challa Srinivasa Reddy, learned Counsel representing Mr.T.S.N.Murthy, learned Counsel for the appellant, submitted that the dispute is settled out of the Court. He has, therefore, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw this Appeal. In the light of the above submission, this Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of this Appeal, interim order of stay, dated 29-01-2015, is vacated and ASMP.No.39 of 2015 is disposed of as infructuous.
