I.A.No.1 OF 2024 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition of the order dated 17.01.2022 passed in Crl.P.No.62 of 2022 which reads as under:

" Petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and he shall appear before the Police once in fifteen days till the charge-sheet is filed."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this Court. He further submitted that the crime is of the year 2021, till now no charge sheet is filed. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.62 of 2022 dated 17.01.2022, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
