24.02.2025 I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.i of the order dated 29.11.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.13353 of 2024 which reads as under:

" The petitioner/A-4 shall execute a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail and he is out of earnings, as such, the petitioner cannot afford excessive surety amount, therefore, he prayed the Court to relax the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.13353 of 2024 and batch dated 29.11.2024, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to execute a personal bond for Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
