Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to move the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, which is having jurisdiction in the matter. Permission granted.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.
