ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking a direction to dispose of Crl.R.P.No.12 of 2018 in M.C.No.49 of 2016 pending on the file of the X Additional District Judge, Narasapur, filed for setting aside the order dated 02.02.2018 passed in M.C.No.49 of 2016 by the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Palakol. 2.

During hearing, the counsel for petitioner Sri S.R.Sanku, requested this Court to direct the Court below to dispose of the criminal revision petition as expeditiously as possible. 3.

Acceding to the request made by the counsel for petitioner and in view of the legislative mandate for speedy disposal of the cases, I deem it appropriate to direct the X Additional District Judge, Narasapur, to dispose of Crl.R.P.No.12 of 2018 in M.C.No.49 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
