THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.4431 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the order, dated 18-02-2015 permitting the 6th respondent for catching the fishes in Mysamma Reservoir situated at Kodimial village and Mandal, Karimnagar District for the year 2014-2015.

2. The said period is valid up to 30-06-2015 only. In view of expiry of the said period, the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
