Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri Harinath Reddy Soma, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2. 2.

The petitioner's grievance is that he had submitted a representation on 09.02.2015 seeking regularization of his services in the post of Typist in the Andhra Pradesh State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited to the 2nd respondent with effect from 05.01.1994 instead of 17.04.1995, and that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders on the said representation.

Sri Harinath Reddy Soma, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2, states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
