HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.28250 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondentpolice are not taking action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 02-06-2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and found the same to be civil in nature and the same was intimated to the petitioner on 14-08-2018. It is also stated that a notice under Section 145 Cr.P.C. was issued to the petitioner not to enter into the subject land.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the complainant made serious allegations which constitute the cognizable offence, but respondent-police have not taken any action.

Heard Sri K. Ramakoteshwar Rao, learned counsel for respondents 5 and 6.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the respondent-police are directed to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner in terms of Apex Court judgment of Lalitha Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh1. 1 (2014)2SCC1
