CVNR, J & TR, J LAAS Nos.87/2012 & batch COMMON JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) These appeals arise out of common order dt.17.8.2009 in O.P. No.10 of 2007 and batch on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Gadwal. This batch of appeals are posted on letter dt.27.2.2017 addressed by Mr. R. Radhakrishna Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, wherein it is stated that the issues involved in these appeals have been squarely covered by judgment dt.18.12.2006 in L.A.A.S. No.714 of 2006 as confirmed by the Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) in C.C. No.2040 of 2008. The Land Acquisition Officer has fixed Rs.11.61 ps., per sq. meter as compensation for the subject lands and the same was enhanced to Rs.94/- per sq. meter by the Reference Court.
The judgment in L.A.A.S. No.714 of 2006 was marked as Ex.A.8 and the order in Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) in C.C. No.2040 of 2008 was marked as Ex.A.9. The learned Government Pleader for Appeals (TS) appearing for the appellant has fairly conceded that the principle decided in Ex.A.8 as confirmed in Ex.A.9 covers the present appeals.
In view of the above submissions, these appeals are dismissed. As a sequel to dismissal of the appeals, interim orders granted by this Court in these appeals shall stand vacated and the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand dismissed. __________________________ C.V.
