THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28156 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation to the 1st respondent on 26.03.2018 to the first respondent, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation and because of the same, the petitioner herein is sustaining irreparable loss and hardship. On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents No.1 and 2 submits that if any representation is pending consideration before the respondents, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to verify the representation, dated 26.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
