Sri P.Indra Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also filed letter dated 20.04.2015 to that effect to Registry.

A perusal of above letter shows that he sought a direction to the respondent authorities to return the articles lying in the hostel at the time of seizure.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition unconditionally.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, permission is accorded and this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
