The petitioner is A.1 among two or more accused in Cr.No.100 of 2011 of Paderu Police Station registered for the offence punishable u/ sec. 302 IPC. The petitioner, who went unsuccessful for anticipatory bail earlier in Crl.P.No.2138 of 2018 by dismissal order dt.28.03.2012 of this Court, now seeks anticipatory bail. A perusal of the order,dt.28.03.2012, the submission of A.2 is surrendered and is in judicial custody since January, 2018 does not entitle the petitioner for concession of anticipatory bail.
