Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.
The prayer of the writ petition is as under:
" For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in seizing and detaining the petitioner's tractor bearing registration No. AP-37-BR-9065 as illegal irregular irrational without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to release his tractor and pass other orders or order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."
During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner brought to the notice of the Court that the tractor bearing No. AP-37-BR-9065 has already been released. Therefore, no further orders are required in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
