THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24942 OF 2011 ORDER:

During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader has placed on record a letter dated 04.11.2015, addressed by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Ananthapuramu, to the office of the learned Government Pleader. In the said letter, it is stated that basing on the proposal of the Inspector of Police, One Town Police Station, the Rowdy sheet against the petitioner is closed vide proceedings C.No.712/Genl./SDPO-A/15, dated 30.10.2015. A copy of the said order closing the Rowdy sheet against the petitioner is also placed on record. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication further in this matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
