THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1922 of 2013 ORDER:

This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 09.10.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.40138 of 2012 in W.P.No.31467 of 2012. By the said order, this Court directed stay of further recoveries from the amounts payable to the petitioner. However, the petitioner seems to have misunderstood this order and asked for refund of the amounts already recovered. As this was not within the scope of the interim order, this Court finds no disobedience, much less willful disobedience, warranting exercise of contempt jurisdiction. The contempt case is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
