THE HONB'E SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD FAMILY COURT APPEAL NO.355 OF 2018 JUDGMENT: (Oral) (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Appeared none on behalf of the appellant.

The present appeal is filed against the order dated 27.04.2018 in M.P.No.63 of 2017 in O.P.No.1558 of 2015 passed by the Judge, Family Court-cum-V Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam (for short, trial Court), whereby the learned trial Court awarded an amount of Rs.1,500/- per month as interim maintenance from the date of order i.e., 27.04.2018.

Accordingly, the appellant was directed to pay the aforesaid maintenance amount on or before 10th of every month by crediting the same into savings bank account of the respondent herein.

After going through the appeal, we find no ground to interfere with the order of the trial Court dated 27.04.2018 in M.P.No.63 of 2017 in O.P.No.1558 of 2015.
