THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO M.A.C.M.A.No.1349 OF 2014 JUDGMENT:

The learned counsel for the appellant, addressed a letter dated 26.12.2018 to the Registry stating that the appellantInsurance Company intends to withdraw the appeal. In view of the letter dated 26.12.2018, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The appellant shall deposit the entire compensation amount in terms of the award dated 28.12.2010 passed by the Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge at Mahabubnagar, to the credit of O.P.No.709 of 2007 within a period of one month from today. The amounts already deposited shall be given credit. On such deposit, the respondents-claimants are entitled to withdraw their respective share amounts as per the award dated 28.12.2010.
