HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8283 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/A3 seeks to quash the proceedings in FIR No.114 of 2017 of Jagtial Town PS, Jagtial district which was registered for the offence under Section 304B IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 09.04.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Jagtial Town PS, Jagtial District and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed on 28.03.2018 before Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jagtial and PRC No. is awaited and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.114 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) Learned counsel for petitioner is present.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
