Today also, none appeared for the petitioners and no representation was made on their behalf, which clearly shows that the petitioners have no interest to prosecute this petition.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the interim stay granted on 22.9.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.4945 of 2011 is vacated and the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
