Heard.

The petitioner complains of inaction on the part of respondents 2 to 4 and particularly the 3rd respondent in taking appropriate action with regard to digging of unauthorized bore well by the 5th respondent in R.S.No.129/1A situated at Tedlem Village, T.Narasapuram Mandal, West Godavari District. The petitioner states that he owns the land admeasuring Ac.1-50 cents in Tedlem village in R.S.No.129/1B and has a borewell with the service connection. He alleges that the 5th respondent, who owns the adjacent land admeasuring Ac.1-50 cents in Sy.No.129/1A, is trying to dig a bore well on the eastern side of his land without any permission. Therefore, he made a complaint to the 3rd respondent on 02-06-2015, but since no action is taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader is unable to get instructions in spite of granting time.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to look into the complaint of the petitioner, dated 02-06-2015 and if there is any violation of the WALTA Act, take appropriate action in accordance with law expeditiously. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
