This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 27.03.2017 passed in I.A.No.129 of 2017 in O.S.No.1884 of 2014 by the learned XVIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Hyderabad (Transferred to the Court of VI Senior Civil Judge, Hyderabad). 2.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that after the impugned order passed in I.A.No.129 of 2017 in O.S.No.1884 of 2014, the trial Court has directed the plaintiff to file counter in the IA. In fact in the main suit both parties have adduced their evidence and the suit is coming up for arguments. Hence, the cause in the present Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Duly recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
