Petitioners were appointed as Junior Accounts Officers in the respondent - Company. They are aggrieved by N.O.O. (CGM-HRD) Ms.No.145, dated 13.07.2018, whereunder directions were issued for allotment of employees permanently to the newly formed Circles and Divisions, as the case may be. Though initially the cut off date fixed for filing objections was 15.08.2018, but by N.O.O. (CGM-HRD) Ms.No.158, dated 02.08.2018, the date is now extended to 15.09.2018. Petitioners claimed to have filed their objections on undertaking the exercise and other aspects relating to the present exercise of permanent allotment of newly formed Circles and Divisions.

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent - Company agree for disposal of the Writ Petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 25.07.2018 filed by the petitioners.

Having regard to the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to examine the claim of the petitioners as ventilated in their representation dated 25.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible preferably

within a period of eight weeks from today. There shall be no order as to costs.
