Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a memo dated 16.02.2026 stating that, as per the directions of this Court, the petitioner paid the costs on 13.02.2026 and has requested an extension of time.

Hence, considering the said submission and the fact that the petitioner has already paid the costs, time is further extended by two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
