HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28316 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard Sri K.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for respondents 1 to 5.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that she filed revision before the 1st respondent against order dated 10.03.2018 in CMA No.146 of 2008 along with stay petition. As no orders passed on the same, the respondents are trying to evict the petitioner from the subject property. Aggrieved by the same, present Writ Petition is filed.

Since it is stated that the statutory revision is pending before the 1st respondent, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till disposal of the revision, status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained with regard to possession over the subject land. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
