Heard both sides and perused the material on record. 2) Pursuant to the Five Judges Bench expression of the Apex Court in Iqbal Singh Marwah vs Meenakshi Marwah1, remedy is left open to the petitioner, as regards the alleged fabrication is not in the judicial proceedings but outside the purview of the Court, if at all, to file a private complaint. 3) Accordingly and in the result, the revision is disposed of before admission for no grounds to admit.

4) As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand closed.
