THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27180 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondent No. 2 herein in conducting enquiry and issuing orders to the 3rd respondent for issuance of the E-Pattadar Pass book and mutation of the petitioner's name in respect of the lands in Sy.No. 300/5 admeasuring Ac. 0.10 cents Sy.No. 300/7 admeasuring ac. 0.89 cents and Sy.No. 300/3 admeasuring Ac. 1.28 cents situated at Kankanampadu village, Veligandla Mandal, Prakasam District, inspite of receipt of the representation dt. 24.6.2016, as being illegal, arbitary and unjust, and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and issue orders to the 3rd respondent for issuance of E-Pattadar pass books to the petitioner herein in respect of the above said lands." Heard Sri T.

Kumar Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 2406-2016 to the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein and no orders have been passed on the said representation so far. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 24-06-2016, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe.

The said request is not opposed by learned counsel for respondents and submitted that the said representation would be considered, in accordance with law.

For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 24-06-2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
