O R D E R
Alleging that 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, Gangavaram Mandal, East Godavari District, is seeking to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land, without following the due process of law, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare, produced the written instructions of the 3rd respondent dated 10.08.2018, stating that on receipt of F-line petition from Mee-Seva, for survey of land in Ramuldevapuram village, which is adjoining the land of the writ petitioner, Mandal Surveyor, surveyed the said land and due to this, the petitioner apprehended that she would be dispossessed and filed the present writ petition. It is stated that the possession of the petitioner was never interfered with.
Recording the above statement of the 3rd respondent in the written instructions and directing that the possession of the petitioner over the subject land shall not be interfered with without following the due process of law, the writ petition is disposed of.
Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
