Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for the first respondent and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing for the respondent Nos.2 to 4. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation on 09.01.2018 to the third respondent but no action has been taken so far, despite lapse of considerable length of time. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the third respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if any such representation is pending consideration before the third respondent the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to verify the representation, dated 09.01.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as

possible, preferably within a period of four weeks. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
