HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.28173 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents in not selecting the petitioner in any one of the subjects i.e. Social Work and Public Administration on BC-C quota as per his eligibility.

Sri Ch.Jagannadha Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-University submits that for 100 seats in P.hd Course, one seat is reserved for BC-C category, but there are only 30 seats in the present case. As such, no reservation can be provided. He also submits that already admissions are over.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, no relief can be granted to the petitioner and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
