HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.20334 of 2017 O R D E R :

The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent immediately to start construction of compound wall around the public park with gate and develop garden, greenery by removing temporary tents, shed, any other structure in the "PUBLIC PARK" in Bhagyanagar Colony, situated at Sy.No.180/A, Shadnagar Town, Ranga Reddy District and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to take action against all those who involved in illegal attempts to encroach the public park by making complaint as per law by considering representation date 12.5.2017.

Heard Sri Sudarshan Malugari, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent, Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned standing counsel for the 2nd respondent, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of the 4th respondent and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, respondents are directed to take appropriate action in the matter. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
