THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1939 of 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of order, dated 23.01.2017, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2069 of 2017.

By the aforesaid order, this Court disposed of the Writ Petition with the direction to the respondents herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.12.2016 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

A counter-affidavit is filed by the second respondent specifically stating that the representation of the petitioner was considered and that on noticing certain deviations in the constructions that were made by Smt.Azeemunnisa, who is the third respondent in the Writ Petition, after issuance of notice under Section 636 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporations Act, the constructions made in deviation were in fact, removed. It is further stated that as a matter of fact, the petitioner also made certain constructions and in that context, the

said Azeemunnisa filed Writ Petition No.37098 of 2015 and obtained necessary orders.

Having considered the assertions made by the second respondent in the counter-affidavit, there being no contra material produced by the petitioner to that effect and as the photographs filed along with the counter-affidavit disclose that certain action was taken by the respondents, the Contempt Case is closed inasmuch as the order of this Court has been complied with. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 16th APRIL, 2018.
