HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRI MI NAL PETI TI ON No.1 6 2 7 9 of 2 0 1 4 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.17 of 2011 on the file of CID, Hyderabad Police Station, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 406, 494 and 506 IPC. Heard Sri Harinath Reddy Soma, learned counsel for petitioner. Both, the learned Counsel for petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, represented that both the parties settled the matter out of the Court and hence, the cause in this petition does not survive for consideration and hence, the present Petition to quash the Proceedings has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

In view of the above respective submissions of both sides, this Criminal Petition, which is filed for quashment of the proceedings, is dismissed as infructuous. The interim stay granted earlier by this Court shall stand vacated.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
