Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleaders for Panchayat Raj, Home and Mines & Geology respectively for the respondents.
Perused G.O.Ms.No.42 dated 29.03.2016 relied upon by the learned Government Pleaders, pursuant to the averments, prayer of the writ petition and in view of the said G.O., there is nothing to entertain this Writ Petition.
Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make representation within three days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the Authorities concerned decide the representation within one week from the date of representation and any grievance is left open subsequently according to law.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
