This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction one in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ by declaring the notice Lr.No.ZO/KDP/APIIC /IP(E)/PDTR/P12/SVSOM/2011/2059, dated 02.03.2012 issued under Section 13(2) of the SERFAESI Act, 2002, by the respondent- Bank as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction."

On 01-06-2015, when the case was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the case was directed to be posted under the capition "for dismissal" today. Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing her cause in the Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
