THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.686 OF 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner has preferred the present criminal revision case by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 and 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.,) being aggrieved by the docket order, dated 30.12.2014, passed in D.V.C.No.55 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Godavarikhani, Karimnagar District, whereby the learned Judge ordered interim maintenance of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees three thousand only) per month.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial Court erroneously directed the petitioner herein to pay interim monthly maintenance of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees three thousand only) to the first respondent herein without assigning any reasons. On perusing the docket order, this Court is of the view that as rightly pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the trial Court passed the order impugned without assigning any valid reasons and as such, the order impugned is hereby set aside. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the D.V.C.No.55 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months, in accordance with law.

The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
