In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A2 to A4 seek to quash the proceedings in PRC No.28 of 2014 on the file of VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Medchal, R.R.District, which was registered against them for the offences under Sections 417, 420, 376, 323 r/w 34 IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of SC and ST (POA) Act, 1989. 2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced copy of letter dated 08.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Jeedimetla P.S, (Jagadgirigutta PS), Cyberabad Commissionerate and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was committed to Sessions and numbered as S.C.No.65 of 2014 on the file of VII Additional District Judge-cum-Special Judge for SC and ST Cases, L.B.Nagar and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in PRC.No.28 of 2014 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) There is no representation for petitioners.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
