JUDGMENT:- On previous occasions i.e.

on 06.02.2013, 12.04.2013 and 23.04.2013, when the matter was taken up for hearing, none appeared for the appellant and no representation was made on his behalf, as such, the matter was posted to this day under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter is called, nobody has appeared nor any representation is made on behalf of the appellant. Hence, it appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
