Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents 4 and 5 in conducting survey of the land of the petitioner in an extent of Ac.1.45 cents in Sy.No.225/3A situate at Ibrahimpatnam, Krishna District, in spite of his application dated 24.11.2016, the present writ petition has been filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the respondents 4 and 5 to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 24.11.2016 in accordance with law and take action accordingly.
