This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not transferring O.S.No.53 of 2012 along with I.A.No.55 of 2012 to the Agency Divisional Officer/ Revenue Divisional Officer, Jangareddygudem of West Godavari District from the Special Assistant Agent, Mobile Court at Bhadrachalam, after bifurcation of the State of A.P. under A.P.State Reorganization Act, 2013, after transferring the territorial jurisdiction of the said Mobile Court to the jurisdiction of the Agency Divisional Officer/ Revenue Divisional Officer, Jangareddygudem, West Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been adjudicated by this Court in W.P.No.22699 of 2015, vide order dated 11.08.2015, and this matter is squarely covered by the said order. The same is not disputed by the counsel appearing for respondents. Hence, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 11.08.2015 passed in W.P.No.22699 of 2015. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
