JUDGMENT

On 02.11.2015 when the matter was called, none appeared for the appellant. It was recorded that the appeal was dismissed against the owner of the vehicle. Today also, when the matter is called, a colleague of learned counsel for the appellant submitted that consequent to the designation of the counsel for the appellant as Senior Counsel, he gave up vakalath and he has no instruction to appear in the matter.
