THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.16327 of 2009 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings Lr.No.266/ APMC/ PG.Regn.Ven/ 2009 dated 15.07.2009 issued by the respondent as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice; and consequently to set aside the same. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner placed on record the circular issued by the Medical Council of India.

In view of the circular issued by the Medical Council of India, withdrawing the said proceedings, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ JUSTICE C.
